Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Here at Rise Bodyworks, serving your wellness needs is important to us. We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointment times may need to change or be cancelled. If appointment changes or cancellations are needed, we require minimum 12 hours notice, and charge the full cost of the appointment for cancellations/no-shows inside of this window.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Packages, appointments, sessions, memberships, and classes cannot be refunded. Exchanges may be provided under special circumstances.
RISE Gym and Wellness Center
RISE Gym Membership
$65 monthly recurring membership includes use of Rise Facility, no contracts, no initiation fee, no first and last. 30 day notice to quit.
$120 Single Month Gym Facility Use
Gym Memberships can be bundled with small group training classes. Call or email us for details.

Pilates Memberships are limited to the Pilates Studio, they do not include Gym access or access to Gym amenities (e.g. cardio bank, cold plunge, sauna). We have bundled memberships with deeply discounted Gym access if you are interested.
Pilates Members may purchase additional classes each month by contacting our front desk to receive your member discount.

Please note: Custom memberships are a monthly recurring membership and auto-charge. Services in your custom membership are not transferable, they do not rollover and must be used within your 30 day billing cycle, and have a 3 month minimum.

RISE Policies
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and pride ourselves on our exceptional team. If you should cancel your reservation less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time. For this reason we are obligated to compensate our team for their time as well as make up for lost revenue. The full service fee will be charged to you for missed reservations that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
