Massage and Bodywork
At the Rise Clinic, we specialize in deep tissue work to help clients find relief from painful conditions and muscle tension.
We have helped people get rid of chronic pain that has been ailing them for months or years, those who have clinical conditions and/or need help with injury rehabilitation, as well as clients who do not have specific issues, and are looking for massage as escape from their busy lives. Whatever your needs, we will formulate a treatment plan that’s right for you.

Aleta Tan

Aleta is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) with insurance from ABMP. She has 4 years of experience of a private practice that targeted mostly on each clients rehabilitative needs or the Chiropractors. 5 years she’s been an Independent contractor that helps alleviate body pain and tension with her style of massage.
Aleta has learned different therapeutic modalities of massage to help sooth and alleviate muscle pain. She maintains the philosophy of Holistic Healing, being able to take care of ones self and maintain wellness. Her massage style is a combination Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy. Swedish is a relaxation-type massage that is very soothing, Deep tissue deals with moving muscles with deep concentrated pressure. The last two modalities are more rehabilitative: Trigger point therapy targets your ‘pain spot’ aka hypertonic ‘knots’; where a small area of your muscle is contracted. Neuromuscular therapy is almost like deep tissue except with alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle pain or strain.Aleta Graduated in January 2007 from Everest College, specializing in one on one training in Spa and Clinical techniques.
