Our classes are open to individuals of ALL fitness levels, our classes are designed to accommodate everyone. Our instructors are skilled in offering modifications and adaptations, so you can confidently participate and reap the benefits at your own comfort level.

Class Requirements & Preparation
To ensure a safe, effective, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask all participants to review and follow the requirements below before attending a Pilates class at Rise Pilates.
Please Note:
- Grip Socks Required: grip socks provide traction and stability on the Reformer, helping you move safely and confidently during class
- Waiver Required: all participants must complete a waiver prior to their first class
- Waiver Access: the waiver link can be emailed or texted to you before class or completed in advance
- Arrive Prepared: arriving a few minutes early allows time to settle in and get set up comfortably
