Our skilled and certified trainers use Rise equipment and body focused training to create small group workouts tailored to your needs, your body, and your lifestyle. These classes combine expert coaching with a motivating group setting to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence.
Class Highlights:
- Small Class Sizes: limited to ten participants for personal coaching
- Multiple Class Types: bootcamp, yoga, and mat pilates options
- All Levels Welcome: exercises can be modified to match your ability
- Focused Instruction: form corrections, motivation, and accountability
Class sizes are intentionally limited so instructors can provide individualized feedback, encouragement, and safe progressions. Pre registration and a completed waiver are required for all small group training classes.
